Lavatop is an international fintech / digital platform that helps creators, experts, online schools, communities, and digital businesses monetize content, accept payments globally, and withdraw funds in different currencies, including USD, EUR, and USDT.
We are looking for an experienced Treasurer / Treasury Specialist to join our finance team full-time in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily treasury operations.
Monitor cash balances, liquidity, and cash flow.
Prepare and maintain the payment calendar.
Process and control incoming and outgoing payments.
Work with bank accounts, payment providers, financial platforms, and crypto-related tools.
Perform reconciliations of balances, payments, receipts, and transactions.
Monitor crypto transactions, wallets, transfers, and related treasury records.
Prepare internal treasury reports.
Coordinate with accounting, finance, compliance, and other internal teams.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Treasurer, Treasury Specialist, Finance Specialist, or in a similar role.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of treasury processes, cash flow, liquidity management, banking operations, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with crypto transactions.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality.
Russian language proficiency for daily communication.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, Web3, or international digital business.
Experience with multi-currency and international payments.
Basic understanding of AML / compliance.
Working level of English.
