About the company

An international holding company with products in IT, fintech, cryptocurrency services, and Family Office. The company was founded in 2021 and is legally structured across several jurisdictions. The business is actively scaling.
The company is currently in a stage of active growth and transition toward a transparent, well-managed financial architecture. We are looking for a strong CFO to build this system.

Responsibilities

Building a system of financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting
Managing multi-currency payments: cryptocurrency (~95% of turnover) and fiat, creating a payment calendar
Overseeing and managing finances across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, Panama, Switzerland, and others)
Implementing ERP and financial systems
Coordinating local accountants in each jurisdiction
Liaising with contractors, establishing a settlement system
Participating in the evaluation of IT products and financial models
Legal and financial review of contracts

Key challenges to solve

Unify scattered legal entities and products into a single, manageable financial system
Create transparency through management reporting and payment controls
Build a crypto-fiat payment infrastructure

Requirements

Experience as a CFO/Finance Director in an IT, fintech, or crypto company
Experience working with multi-jurisdictional structures
Startup experience required
Understanding of crypto payments, crypto products, and crypto-fiat interaction — mandatory
Higher education in finance/economics
International certifications (ACCA/CFA/CIMA/CPA) — preferred
English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
Dynamic, startup mindset
Willingness to travel (business is international)
