- Membership data: application forms, participation history, status (VIP, BOARD, sponsor).
- Communication data: messages exchanged within our groups, email correspondence, and event registrations.
- Payment data: contribution records, invoices, and donation/payment confirmations (processed via third-party providers such as Stripe, Revolut, or bank transfer).

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- Verify and approve membership applications.
- Organize and manage events, online and offline.
- Facilitate networking, introductions, and communication among members.
- Provide sponsor-related services and visibility according to agreements.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
For members in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, we process personal data based on:
- Performance of a contract (membership agreements, event participation).
- Compliance with legal obligations.
- Legitimate interests (community management, fraud prevention, service improvement).
- Consent, where applicable (marketing, recordings, data sharing with LinkedIn APIs).
4. LINKEDIN DATA AND API INTEGRATION
For certain functionalities and products, our Services may integrate with LinkedIn APIs.
- Members may be required to associate their LinkedIn Page or profile with our applications.
- A LinkedIn Page super admin may approve or deny such association within 30 days.
- Applications available to individual developers must have a default Page selected.
- Members in the EEA and Switzerland may use the Member Data Portability API to enable real-time data sharing from LinkedIn to our Services, subject to their consent.
We do not access or store LinkedIn member data beyond what is authorized through the LinkedIn API and visible on the member’s public profile.
5. DATA SHARING
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share data only with:
- Service providers (payment processors, event platforms, cloud services).
- Sponsors, but only in aggregated or anonymized form, unless explicit consent is given.
- Legal authorities, if required by law.
